# Install GeoEngage on Squarespace

> Add the GeoEngage tag to Squarespace with code injection so it loads in the header of every page.

Squarespace's code injection adds code to the header of every page on your site.

## Add the tag

1. In your site's panel, search for **Code injection** and open it. Squarespace has moved this setting between versions; searching always finds it.
2. Paste the tag into the **Header** field:

   ```html
   <!-- GeoEngage — place in <head>, above your content.
        Do not add async/defer: the widget must run before the page paints. -->
   <script
     src="https://cdn.geoengage.app/ge.js"
     data-api-key="YOUR_API_KEY"
     data-require-consent="false"
   ></script>
   ```

3. Choose **Save**. It applies to every page at once.

> Code injection is only available on Squarespace plans that include it. If you can't find it, check your plan.
